National Telecommunications company seeks a remote Mitel Engineer for coverage in the NYC area.

This voice focused (telephony) engineer is responsible for the successful delivery of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services at our Hospitality client.  Providing excellent customer service to our clients, the Engineer will specifically be responsible for the installation, integration, support and administration of voice systems. Individual may also provide assistance with data networks on an as needed basis.

• 2+ years of telecommunications experience  in a field environment supporting multiple client.
• Experience with any voice solutions, including but not limted to Mitel 3300 and 200 ICP products, NEC products, Broadsoft products, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
• Proficient with problem-solving for complex voice and data systems
• This is a 24x7x365 team. Must be able to work over-time and on an on-call rotation
• Experience with HP, Ruckus, and/or Nomadix  products is a plus
• Any Certifications in the above products are a plus
• Hospitality Industry experience is preferred
